In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "77q7" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us" / "our" refers to the 77q7 online gaming platform accessible at https://77q7.io and all associated sub-domains, mobile browser interfaces, and application programming interfaces.
• "Player" / "you" / "your" refers to any individual who registers, accesses, browses, or otherwise uses the 77q7 platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered user profile created by a player on the 77q7 platform, including all associated personal details, wallet balance, transaction history, and preference settings.
• "Wallet Balance" means the aggregate of cleared, non-bonus funds held in a player's account available for wagering or withdrawal, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, cashback amounts, or other non-cash incentives credited to an account subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable funds.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount) must be staked on eligible games before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.

Access to and use of the 77q7 platform is conditional upon your unconditional acceptance of these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference. These documents collectively constitute the entire agreement between you and 77q7 with respect to your use of the platform.

Acceptance is deemed to occur at the earliest of the following actions: (a) clicking the acceptance checkbox during the account registration process; (b) logging in to an existing account; (c) making any deposit or placing any wager on the platform; or (d) accessing any content on the platform in a manner that requires an account.

If you are accessing the platform on behalf of a third party, you represent and warrant that you have full authority to bind that third party to these Terms & Conditions. In all other cases, these Terms & Conditions apply solely to your personal, non-commercial use of the platform.

To register and maintain an account on the 77q7 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout the life of your account:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 77q7 strictly prohibits participation by individuals under the age of 21. Age verification is conducted during registration and during withdrawal identity checks. Accounts found to have been opened by individuals under 21 will be closed immediately and any balance may be forfeited or returned to the depositing payment method at 77q7's sole discretion.
• You must be a natural person acting in your own name and on your own behalf. Corporate entities, trusts, and other legal structures may not register accounts.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the platform from, any Restricted Territory.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of any employee of 77q7 or any of its affiliated Game Providers.
• You must not have previously had an account closed by 77q7 for breach of these Terms & Conditions, fraud, money laundering, or any other prohibited conduct.
• You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction of residence.

77q7 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time, including government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by 77q7 may result in account suspension or closure.

Each player may hold one account only. Opening multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, devices, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must notify 77q7 promptly of any changes by contacting support at [email protected].

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify 77q7 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account. 77q7 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your login credentials.

77q7 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason, and to close any account at any time where it reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms & Conditions, fraud, money laundering, or any other unlawful activity.

77q7 supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Minimum deposit: ৳100. There is no maximum single deposit limit, though individual payment method operators may impose their own transaction limits, which are outside 77q7's control.

Minimum withdrawal: ৳500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to identity verification. Verified accounts typically receive withdrawals within one to four hours of approval. 77q7 reserves the right to apply standard processing times of up to three business days in cases requiring enhanced due diligence.

All funds deposited on the 77q7 platform must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the depositing account does not match the registered account holder's identity — are not permitted and will result in the funds being returned and the account being suspended pending investigation.

77q7 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment method provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which 77q7 accepts no responsibility.

77q7 offers a range of promotional incentives to new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and tournament prize pools. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, which form part of these Terms & Conditions by reference.

Unless stated otherwise in the applicable promotion terms, the following general conditions apply to all bonuses:

• Bonus funds are credited to your account separately from real-money funds and are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash.
• Standard wagering requirements are 30x the bonus amount unless a different multiplier is stated in the promotion-specific terms.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type: slots typically contribute 100% towards wagering requirements, while table games, live dealer games, and sports betting markets may contribute a lower percentage as specified in the promotion terms.
• Bonuses expire if wagering requirements are not completed within the timeframe specified in the promotion terms. Expired bonus funds and associated winnings are forfeited.
• Only one bonus may be active in your account at any one time unless the promotion terms expressly permit otherwise.
• 77q7 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any ongoing wagering requirements already accepted by a player will be honoured for a reasonable period.

Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing opposing bets to reduce risk while completing wagering requirements (known as "bonus abuse" or "arbitrage"), or providing false information to qualify for a promotion — constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

All games available on the 77q7 platform are supplied by internationally recognised Game Providers and use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) to determine game outcomes. RNG systems are independently tested and audited by accredited third-party laboratories. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for slot titles are publicly available in each game's information panel.

Game-specific rules, paytables, minimum and maximum bet limits, and feature descriptions are accessible within each individual game interface. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with these rules before placing any wager. 77q7 accepts no liability for losses arising from a player's misunderstanding of individual game mechanics.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game round, the affected round will be resolved in accordance with the relevant Game Provider's malfunction policy. Where a game round cannot be completed due to a technical fault attributable to 77q7's platform infrastructure, the staked amount for that round will be returned to the player's wallet. 77q7's decision on the outcome of disputed game rounds is final, subject to the right of appeal described in Section 14.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 77q7 platform. Engaging in any of the following activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete personal information during registration or at any subsequent point during the account lifecycle.
• Opening or operating more than one account, whether directly or indirectly through a third party.
• Using the platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with games, bonus systems, or the platform's interface in a manner that provides an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, errors in game logic, or incorrectly posted odds for financial gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are considered void and will be reclaimed.
• Engaging in collusion with other players, Game Provider employees, or 77q7 staff in connection with any game or bet.
• Charging back or reversing any deposit transaction through your payment method provider after wagering has occurred, or as a mechanism to generate fraudulent profit.
• Accessing the platform using a VPN, proxy server, or other means of IP obfuscation for the purpose of circumventing geographic restrictions.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 77q7 support staff or other players in any communication channel.

77q7 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and takes player welfare seriously. All registered accounts include access to the following self-management tools, available directly from account settings without contacting support:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount you may deposit. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before activation.

Any unauthorised use of 77q7 intellectual property may constitute an infringement of copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights and may expose the infringing party to civil or criminal liability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 77q7 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings due to technical malfunctions, server outages, or third-party payment processing delays outside 77q7's reasonable control.
• Interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform or any individual game for maintenance, technical, or regulatory reasons.
• Any decision made by a Game Provider regarding the outcome of a disputed game round.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials.
• Any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information provided on the platform, including odds, paytables, or promotional terms, where such information was subject to a technical display error.

In all circumstances where 77q7's liability is not excluded under applicable law, 77q7's maximum aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you on the platform in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits 77q7's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

77q7 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, 77q7 will provide reasonable notice by publishing a notice on the platform's homepage and, where practicable, by sending an email notification to the registered address associated with your account.

Continued use of the platform following the publication of amended Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must cease using the platform and, if applicable, withdraw any remaining wallet balance before the effective date of the amendment.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — whether contractual, tortious, or otherwise — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the principles of international commercial law as generally accepted in the online gaming industry, with specific reference to internationally recognised standards of player protection and fair play.

77q7 makes no representation that the platform's content is appropriate or lawful in all jurisdictions. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the platform complies with all laws applicable in their jurisdiction of residence. 77q7 accepts no liability for any legal consequences arising from a player's access to the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is restricted or prohibited.
